Description
The District Municipality of North Cowichan (the “District”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified professional engineering firm to conduct pavement condition data collection consulting services for municipal roads in North Cowichan. The data will be used to develop plans for infrastructure renewal and asset management programs. It is also intended to identify priorities for proactive maintenance of road assets.
