Description
The project includes demolition of two (2) existing dugout structures and two (2) bleachers, construction of two (2) new dugouts, supply and installation of two (2) new 5‑row, 24‑foot aluminum bleachers, renovation of the on‑site concession building, removal of existing septic system, and installation of a new septic system.
The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the Work as required.
This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
