Description
Sealed proposals in separate envelopes marked Request for Proposal for Roll-Off Bin Hauling Services Kitimat Landfill - Contract No. 468” will be received at the District of Kitimat offices, located at  270 City Centre, KITIMAT, BC V8C 2H7, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on July 14, 2026 and will be opened in public at that time.

The District of Kitimat (the “District”) requests Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide roll-off bin hauling services at the Kitimat Landfill for the following purposes:
    Hauling 40 yard roll-off bins (of recycle materials) between the Kitimat landfill and Do Your Part Recycling Facility (3467 BC-16E, Thornhill BC). Hauling and tipping 30 yard roll-off bins within the Kitimat Landfill Site.
The duration of this RFP is from August 1st,  2026 to July 31st, 2029.
