Description
Fraser Health Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified proponents to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”).
 The Authority intend to establish non-exclusive contracts with the successful Proponents for a contract term of one (1) year with two one-year optional extensions.
 More information about the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’.
