Description
The Village of New Denver is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants or multidisciplinary consultant teams to prepare a Downtown Revitalization Implementation Plan. The project will build upon the Village's existing draft Downtown Revitalization Plan by assessing, prioritizing, and sequencing revitalization initiatives into a practical implementation framework. The work includes review of existing planning and technical materials, stakeholder engagement, project prioritization, implementation planning, high-level costing, identification of funding opportunities, and preparation of a phased implementation strategy to guide future downtown revitalization investments.
