Description
Security Services include, but are not limited to, safeguarding: the main estate (Government House); the grounds; all out-buildings including the tearoom, museum, two cottages, and various other buildings; along with the contents of Government House.
Proponents must meet the following criteria:Have a valid Security Business LicenseThe initial term of the Contract is from September 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. The Ministry will have the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term for up to two additional one-year periods, to a maximum Contract term ending March 31, 2031.
