The City of Merritt invites Proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to design and implement a modern Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution using Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview.
The City is seeking a proponent to deliver a solution that supports content management, records management, collaboration, and information governance across the organization. The Work is expected to include the following:
•redesign of the City’s existing intranet in SharePoint Online;
•design of information architecture, libraries, and metadata aligned with the LGMA records classification system (included as Appendix “B”);
•implementation of retention labels, retention policies, and related compliance controls in Microsoft Purview; and
•training and knowledge transfer for the City’s Records Management and IT teams.
The project is intended to improve collaboration, strengthen records and information management practices, streamline access to content, and create a modern digital workspace for staff.
