The City of Trail invites proposals from qualified development consultants to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study for the development of two City-owned properties:
  • 900 Spokane Street
  • 901 Helena StreetThe purpose of this study is to identify viable, market-supported, funding opportunities, and community-aligned development opportunities and provide a clear implementation strategy.
