Description
This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for an Audiovisual Services Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).  
 The purpose of this RFQ is to select one (1) or more qualified Respondent(s) to enter into Contract(s) to provide the District with Audiovisual Services on an as, if, and when requested basis.

The Audiovisual (AV) Services include, but are not limited to, assistance in definition of requirements for AV equipment, supply of AV equipment, labour, installation, and, if applicable, on-site, technical, and live-streaming support at multiple facilities in accordance with the RFQ Deliverables.
