Description
Invitation to tender for the construction of municipal infrastructure and site servicing for the Thunderbird Subdivision (37 single-family residential lots) and the Elders Complex (18 duplex units and one common building). The project comprises road construction, installation of underground water, sanitary and storm sewer systems, coordination and installation of shallow utilities, construction of stormwater management facilities, and all associated earthworks, grading, testing, commissioning, restoration, and ancillary works required for project completion.
