Take notice that in accordance with Section 43.4 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Cariboo Chilcotin Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement community forest agreement:
Community Forest Agreement: K1L
Licence Holder: Likely Xatśūll Community Forest Ltd.
Location: Vicinity of Likely/Quesnel Lake/Polley Lake
Commencement Date: April 1, 2027
The replacement community forest agreement, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 25 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the community forest agreement it replaces.
