Description
The City of Kimberley is seeking quotations from qualified Contractors for the complete removal and disposal
of the existing staircase assembly to grade (including footings), located on the 300 block of Kimberley Avenue, under a Minor Works Agreement (Appendix A). The Work consists of removing the existing staircase assembly and restoring all disturbed elements to a condition equal to or better than their pre-construction state in a steep, forested environment. The City requires that the work be substantially completed no later than October 23, 2026.
