Description
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking bids from vendors with capability, expertise and resources to provide MRI screening services for early cancer detection for firefighters, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachments titled 'PS20261797-VFRS-RFP - Scope of Work - Pre-Cancer MRI Screening Services'. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. Term of the contract & options: the term of any Agreement is expected to be a two-year period, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of five years. The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).  Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal. Further information on this procurement opportunity is available at this link
