Description
Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Forests is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to R. White Woods Inc (the “Supplier”). The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.

Technical support for new long term plot establishment and regeneration and retention measurements at experimental harvest blocks in coastal long-term research installations including Silviculture Treatments for Ecosystem Management in the Sayward (STEMS) and Roberts Creek Study Forest (RCSF).

Field orientation, support for technical measurement (e.g., Leaf Area Index measurements and the installation of microclimatic monitoring stations) and field safety and supervision support for STEMS field visits and graduate student project at STEMS.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 21 month(s).
