Description
VGN Resources Group Inc. (VGN) will be the Program Administrator for projects under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food's (Ministry) extension programming for environment and climate change.  This NOI and project is administered by VGN on behalf of the Ministry.  

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.Deliver weekly maturity progression bulletins for at least four key apple varieties across Okanagan and Similkameen growing areas during the 2026 harvest season, approximately late August through October. Develop practical harvest decision tools, including an apple maturity assessment factsheet, by December 31, 2026. Deliver three regional training sessions during the 2026 harvest season to help growers, packinghouse staff and new entrants consistently assess apple harvest maturity.
