Description
The Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to retain a qualified consultant to prepare a demolition feasibility assessment and class D (order-of-magnitude) cost estimate report for the potential demolition of the Residence and Quonset buildings located at the Chilliwack Campus (5470 Dieppe Street, Chilliwack). The report will support long-term capital planning and decision-making and is not intended for detailed design, tendering, or construction. Proponents are requested to submit a fixed-fee proposal for the preparation of the report.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 13, 2026 at 11:00 am PST.
