Vancouver Island University (VIU) is soliciting Tenders from experienced landscape contractors who have the capacity to complete detailed design plans and restore depleted landscape areas between buildings 180, 185, 193, and 190. The scope includes ensuring appropriate growing medium is available and amending where required, repairing broken or failed sections of the irrigation system to restore complete irrigation capacity, installing replacement vegetation to restore landscape areas, and installing gravel “mulch” to deter rabbits from planting beds. VIU intends to use a design build methodology for this project.
