Description
Ledcor Construction Limited, acting as Construction Manager and agent for UBC Properties Trust, is developing the UBC Okanagan Downtown Kelowna Building. This project will include approximately 100,000 square feet of academic space, a café, some commercial area, a market rental housing residential tower, and below grade parking.

Closing date for submissions is August 18th, 2026 at 2:00PM PST.
