Description
The primary aspect of the project is an overall review of the District’s development approval processes and recommendations stemming from this review. A secondary component of the project is centered around standardized building designs to better facilitate small-scale multi-unit housing development.

Proponents are to provide: a corporate profile, a CV detailing qualifications and experience, a detailed work program and fee summary, and a statement indicating the methodology and approaches that will be implemented for the project.

Proposals must be submitted by 1:00 pm on Monday, August 24, 2026, and identified as “Development Approvals Process Review and Standardized Designs RFP COMDEV-2026-01”
