Description
The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and general contractor/testing agency to complete the exploratory work at locations designated by the consultant.
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, building envelope and/or roofing, code, landscaping, arborist, and structural.
More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’.
Architectural and Engineering Consultants:
Architectural firms that have proven experience in healthcare projects of equal/greater complexity are eligible to respond to this RFP.
Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that have proven experiences in healthcare projects of equal/greater complexity.building envelope and/or roofing code landscaping arborist structuralSite Visit(s) - MANDATORY:
The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is mandatory. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:
