The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) invites Proposals from qualified and experienced research firms to conduct the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey (the Survey). The Survey will measure community perceptions, satisfaction, and confidence in policing services and support organizational planning, performance measurement, and public accountability.
