Description
JIBC is exploring solutions that would provide a consistent and sustainable approach to managing CWT opportunities, client relationships, contract and customized training activities, and related business processes across the Institute. The solution would be expected to support improved client engagement, operational efficiency, collaboration, data quality, reporting, and enterprise-wide visibility, while integrating with existing institutional systems and technologies.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information about the marketplace, including available solutions, implementation approaches, supplier capabilities, budgetary considerations, and other information that will help JIBC validate its requirements and inform its future procurement planning.
