Description
The Board of Education of School District No.72 (Campbell River, “SD72” “the District”) wishes to retain 
the services of a qualified Construction Management firm with proven experience delivering major capital 
projects in the education sector under the Province of BC’s Capital Asset Management Framework 
Guidelines and Ministry of Infrastructure (previously Ministry of Education) approval / reporting processes 
to work with SD72, its Architect and sub-consultants to complete a 590 m2 addition at Carihi Secondary 
School in Campbell River, BC to replace classrooms that were damaged in a fire in 2024. The existing school 
will remain in full operation during the construction of the new addition.
