SSI 2026-029 Highland-Fernwood Middle Reservoir Condition Assessment and Refurbishment / Replacement Feasibility Study

The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking the services of a qualified engineering consultant to undertake a condition assessment and strategic repair/replacement evaluation of the Highlands Fernwood Middle Reservoir located on Salt Spring Island. 40,000 gal, potable water reservoir supplying ~330 connections. There will be an optional site visit at 1PM August 25th at the reservoir location. Please RSVP to Spencer Cook if you wish to attend.
