Description
•
The installation of a new wastewater collection system, including new sanitary sewer, low pressure effluent sewer, one lift station, and Septic Tank Effluent Pump (STEP) systems.
•
The installation of an open channel stormwater management system for minor storm events, including driveway culverts, oil water separators and ditches/swales.
•
The installation of streetlighting and a fibre optic network, including underground ducting and security cameras.
•
The installation of asphalt sidewalks and repaving of the Boys Road Subdivision.
•
Site and landscaping improvements, including new shrubs, trees and irrigation.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 18 month(s).
