Claymore Clothes Ltd. has previously supplied customized Saanich Police Administrative Uniforms and Ceremonial Mess Kits through direct award in 2019 and 2022, each with a procurement value below $75,000.00
The District intends to continue using Claymore Clothes Ltd. due to the supplier’s demonstrated expertise, experience, and access to specific fabrics, tailoring specifications, and colour requirements necessary to maintain consistency with the established Saanich Police Administrative Uniform and Ceremonial Mess Kit.
The value of the contract is estimated at $190,000.00 over a 5-year period.
