Citywide Sanitary Collection System Engineering

The City of Grand Forks is seeking proposals from qualified and passionate engineering firms interested in supporting the City with sanitary collection system engineering services over the next 2+ years. This opportunity includes a budget of $150,000 for comprehensive sanitary collection system modelling and analysis. The City also intends to contract the successful proponent for engineering services on up to $5-million (total capital cost) worth of multi-utility linear infrastructure upgrades with the primary objective of replacing  or rennewing the City's highest priority sanitary trunk sewers.

Interested proponents are encouraged to complete Appendix A - Registration Letter of the RFP document and return a signed copy to projects@grandforks.ca as soon as possible. Doing so will register proponents to receive additional reference material, including Appendix B - Scope of Work, and an invitation to a proponents meeting scheduled for August 27th at 10:00am PDT on Microsoft Teams. The deadline for submitting a registration letter will be exactly 1 week prior to the RFP closing time. The City will not respond to registration letters received after this time.
