Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Okanagan-Shuswap Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement woodlot licence:
Woodlot Licence: W1616
Licence Holder: Cowboy Forestry Ltd.
Location: Greystokes FSR and Hwy 33
Commencement Date: 2027-04-01
The replacement woodlot licence, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 15 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the woodlot licence it replaces.
