Description
North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (NVRC) is inviting qualified Contractors to submit Offers for various roofing replacement, repair, and maintenance works at four NVRC recreation facilities in North Vancouver. The Work includes the removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, installation of new two-ply modified bituminous membrane roofing systems and cold-fluid-applied membrane systems, as well as targeted roof repairs and related drainage and flashing work.
 The Work will be performed under a CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as amended by NVRC’s CCDC 2 – 2020 Supplementary Conditions.
