Description
In order to improve our ability to deliver projects contained in our annual $4-6 Million Facilities Renewal & Upgrade Program (FRUP), the District is seeking a suitable firm to work with the Richmond Project Team and District maintenance staff to deliver assigned projects, typically in the $5,000 to $500,000 range but could be as high as $2,500,000, in a timely, cost effective fashion without having to issue a separate RFP for each project. There is no guarantee as to the number, size or complexity of projects that would be assigned to the Construction Manager in a given year as Provincial and local District funding can vary as can the types of projects contained in the annual FRUP.
