RFSQ#20260824 Pantry and Youth Center Upgrade (SNYC)

This RFSQ is an invitation for Respondents to provide their detailed response to Turner in order to afford Turner the opportunity to gauge such responses and evaluate each Respondent’s expertise and financial capacity to construct the Project. Turner is under no obligation to enter into discussions, negotiations, or any agreement of any form at this stage. Turner may, in its sole discretion, subsequently issue a formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) in Stage two. Turner will not be liable for any costs, damages, etc. incurred by the proponents for their work in creating and submitting a response to this RFSQ.

Upon completion of Stage two, it is Turner’s intent to enter into an agreement with the successful contractor using Turner’s standard Form 36 Subcontract
