Description
BC Transit is seeking a qualified janitorial and cleaning service provider that can provide reliable day to day service, appropriate supervision, clear communication, practical quality control, and an effective staffing and coverage model that reflects the differing needs of BC Transit facilities. The services will be measured using the APPA Levels of Cleanliness and Appearance as adapted for BC Transit in Appendix G. APPA levels are an observable outcome standard. It works with, and does not replace, the service frequencies, service windows, task requirements, technical cleaning specifications, consumable requirements, response obligations, and performance controls set out in the RFP.
