Notice is hereby given by the Columbia Shuswap Regional District of its intent to contract with Foreman Equipment Ltd. for the purchase of one (1) used 2019 Komptech Nemus 2700 Hydraulic Mobile Drum Compost Screener for composting services in a value that exceeds $75,000.

Vendors wishing to raise an objection to the decision should email an official objection presenting specific reasoning by 2:00pm, local time, September 4, 2026.
