Description
This RFQ is an invitation by BCFSA to executive search firms with demonstrated experience conducting executive and senior leadership recruitment assignments within public-sector, regulatory, Crown agency, financial services, and other highly regulated environments.

The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a roster of qualified executive search service providers that may be invited, on an as-required basis, to compete for executive search assignments over the term of the roster.

Executive search assignments may include recruitment of executive and senior leadership positions, including but not limited to Chief Executive Officers, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, Chief Officers, and other senior leadership roles.

BCFSA may select up to four (4) Respondents for inclusion in the Roster based upon the evaluation process outlined in the RFQ.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
