Description
Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”) invites expressions of interest from commercial property owners interested in providing office or retail premises on a sale or lease basis (the “Premises”) for Fraser Health Authority for the Chilliwack Foundry, led by FHA in collaboration with community partners (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) is to select a respondent who currently owns a facility that complies with the Project requirements as set out below (“Respondent”) to enter into negotiations for a sale or lease of the proposed Premises for the Project.

FHA would like to receive expressions of interest (“Responses”) by 15:00 Hours Pacific Time, September 11, 2026, by email to the following address:

FHA reserves the right to not consider any Responses delivered after the aforementioned date, though may in its discretion accept such Responses.
