Description
1) One (1) ten-bed (10-bed) hospice unit,
2) One (1) 26 bed unit for a specialized LTC population of younger residents, and
3) One (1) 26 bed unit for convalescent and restorative health care.
The LTC living areas comprise multiple small houses of no more than fifteen (15) residents each. Other program areas include:
1) a bistro,
2) a hairdresser,
3) therapy treatment and other services,
4) multipurpose spaces,
5) an adult day program space,
6) a reception area,
7) a lounge,
8) administrative areas, and
9) a 37 space child daycare.
The building will also include spaces for:
1) a loading dock,
2) a kitchen,
3) facility support spaces,
4) storage, and
5) parking for 176 cars.
