Through this request for proposal, City of Delta wishes to identify three contractors that can be called upon to provide design-build mechanical services to the City on an “as and when requested” basis.
Addenda:
It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing date and time, any addenda issued by the City of Delta. Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.

Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by September 11, 2024. Proponents should not use the discussion forum on the BC Bid website to submit questions.

The site visit involves going onto a roof and attendees must wear secure footwear and should be comfortable climbing ladders.
