Description
The Province seeks to engage a professional consulting team comprised of Prime Consultant, architect, mechanical, electrical, structural, energy performance, code, and cost consultants to lead and manage the Consultant Team (made up of architects and engineers) in conducting a study to identify the current condition of all building’s system at the Williams Lake Courthouse located at 540 Borland Street, Williams Lake. The Consultant Team will make recommendations options to improve performance and optimize energy consumption while providing options to reduce Green House Gases (GHG) emissions.
