Description
The City of Maple Ridge (“City”) invites Tenders for the demolition of the old water pump station located at 13165 236 Street, Maple Ridge, BC. The pump station was disconnected in 2025 when the new pump station was completed and operational. The work generally consists of the demolition and disposal of the existing pump house building including all the electrical and mechanical equipment located inside. The project will also include the demolition of existing site fencing, removal of fire hydrants, abandonment of existing watermains, removal of asphalt paving and general site restorations including landscaping. The project will also include the removal and transport of the existing diesel generator to Able Auctions in Langley. The City will obtain the required demolition permit and the successful contractor will provide reasonable supporting documentation as required.
