City of Maple Ridge (The “City”) invites tenders from firms prequalified through Request for Qualifications 26-035 Park Construction: New Park Development for the construction of a new neighbourhood park at 13650 232A Street, Maple Ridge, BC.

The work generally consists of the following, refer to drawings in Appendix C:  Demolition of existing features as applicable Clearing and tree removals Onsite servicing (water, drainage) Servicing connections (storm sewer, water) Grading, earthworks and retaining Playground Sand play area Open lawn areas Asphalt half sports court Drinking fountain Picnic Shelter Site furnishings: bike racks, garbage cans, outdoor furniture Asphalt and gravel paths General landscaping, boulders, soil installation Concrete plaza Sidewalk letdowns and pedestrian infrastructure Signage installation Fencing installation (wood and chain link) Tree, shrub and plant installation Invasive plant removal and restoration planting Park establishment maintenance
