Asphalt Surfacing Hwy 31A New Denver to Fish Lake (27.6 km). Scope of work includes: Mobilization, Quality Management, Traffic Management and Control, Survey Layout, Aggregate Production, Signing, Barrier, Curb and Spillways Removal, Barrier Replacement, Asphalt Mix Design, Cold Milling, Base Repairs, Shoulder Stripping, Level Course, Stripping, Shouldering, Level Course and Top Lift Paving, Joint Sealing, Site Cleanup.
