Description
The Village of Anmore invites proposals from website designers for the rebuild and ongoing support of its website, anmore.ca, an instrumental tool for communicating with residents, visitors and businesses. It is important that the website be available by November 2022. User functionality requirements include a holistic calendar, easy-to-read and visually pleasing content, clear and simple navigation, a ticker tape banner that can be activated for emergencies, user friendly and advanced search options, push notification subscription options and other potential integrations/improvements. The new site should be designed with expandability in mind for future development phases and provide internal Village Staff with an easy interface for loading and managing content.  The Proponent’s solution functional capabilities for this project will be based primarily on the requirements outlined in the RFP Response Template outlined in Section 8 and Attachment A.

Those who complete and submit Section 6 - Receipt Confirmation Form will be provided the Word and Excel versions of Sections 7 and 8 and the Response Template (Attachment A).
