    To whom it may concern:
    Your firm is invited to submit an offer to the Owner via email to cmueller@soarchitects.com of Station
    One Architects before 14:00:00 local time on the 14 21 day of July, 2022 for the following project:
    Seismic upgrade and addition of an existing Fire Hall consisting of a wood-framed and masonry and
    concrete structure with new offices and storage room. Project also includes related site works.
    Bid Documents for a Stipulated Price contract will be issued by BC Bid. No printed drawings and
    specifications will be provided. Addendums will be issued by BC Bid.
    Mandatory Site Visit: the contractor is required to visit and familiarize themselves with the site on July 5,
    2022 at 14:00. If there are any questions about this site visit, please contact Chelsea Mueller at Station
    One Architects. Phone number is 604-793-9445.
    Your firm will be required to provide bid security requirements in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no
    less than 10% of your Bid Price. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Refer also to other bidding
    requirements described in the document 00 20 00 - Instructions to Bidders, and other supporting bid
    documents.
    The Owner reserves the right to accept any compliant offer or reject all offers, at their sole discretion.
