The Village of Cache Creek invites tenders for the construction of a new lift station located in the Village of Cache Creek, BC. A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities):
The supply and install of a lift station located along Parke Road, near Highway 97 c/w earthworks, integral valve chamber, backup generator, electrical kiosk, electrical components and instrumentation. The supply and install of a meter pole and 103mm DBII ducting c/w all applicable appurtenances. Trenchless Highway 97 gravity sanitary sewer crossing c/w ±30m 200Ø TerraBrute CR C900 PVC Sanitary Main. ±50m of 200Ø DR35 PVC Sanitary pipe c/w appurtenances. ±325m of 200Ø DR11 HDPE sanitary forcemain c/w appurtenances. Supply and install of 3 standard sanitary manholes. Supply and install one overbuild sanitary manhole. ± 1,735m² road restoration ± 70m² driveway restoration ±125m² lift station pad ±55 m of 150Ø DR11 HDPE Watermain ±5m DR28 PVC drain pipe Installation of rock pit per contract drawings ±40m of 300Ø Ultra-Rib PVC culvert Regrade and establish ±23m of ditch line ±60m of 1.2m high chainlink fence ±25m of 1.2m high chainlink fence mounted on lockblock wall Supply and install of ±30m lockblock wall c/w 100Ø perforated PVC drain pipe
