Description
At the City’s sole and absolute discretion, the City may choose to establish a City Fleet Standard Model for purchase of additional Medium Duty Hook Lift Trucks for a maximum time frame of three (3) years. Alternatively, the City in its sole and absolute discretion, may issue a new RFP for additional Medium Duty Hook Lift Trucks for any future purchases contemplated.
