Description
ICBC wishes to find a supplier who will provide lease financing (open-ended) and fleet management services. The Services are to be provided to selected internal ICBC staff located in various ICBC locations such as the Head Office campus, Claim Centers, and Driver Service Centers throughout BC. ICBC operates a current fleet which consists of approximately 130  vehicles which are mostly internal combustion engines, and aging. 
ICBC is committed to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and establish a more climate friendly fleet as it changes out its vehicles.
