    **Addendum No.1 - February 28, 2024 - CLOSING DATE EXTENDED 

    This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following work:
    • Mobilization to site and demobilization following desludging operations.
    • Supply and install all dredging equipment and piping as required to de-sludge the lined aerated municipal wastewater lagoons and to convey the material to the designated geotextile tube laydown area or other area as indicated by proponent if alternate dewatering methodology is proposed.
    • Supply and installation of geotextile tubes or other dewatering technology to dewater sludge removed from Aerated Lagoon No. 2., including, if required, pumping dewatered liquids back to lagoon headworks
    • Working around aeration system, baffle curtain and pond liner
    • Supply of all chemical conditioning (polymer) materials, mixing and dosing systems necessary to complete the works.
    • Screening of sludge prior to polymer injection and disposal of screened materials
    • Removal of approximately 95 BDT of sludge (containing approximately 6% solids) from Aerated Lagoon No. 2.
    • Optional Item: Removal of sludge from Aerated Lagoon No.1
