Notice is hereby given, the City of Nanaimo (the City) is a member of Canoe Procurement and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts administered by Canoe Procurement. The City of Nanaimo is utilizing the Canoe Procurement Contract for the recommended award as noted below:

This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.

Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:
