Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Wildlife Biology Consulting Services on an “as and when required” basis, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

From time to time the City may require a qualified environmental consultant to perform tasks related to terrestrial wildlife. The intent of this RFP is to establish an agreement for Services on an “as and when required” basis with a qualified consulting firm with expertise in terrestrial wildlife biology.

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year.
