    Scope of Work
    This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Traffic Counting Services for the District’s annual traffic count program, as and when requested. The services required including turning movement counts (“TMC” or “intersection counts”) and midblock traffic counts (“midblock counts”) as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

    Addenda: It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.
